Restrictions
- Large groups (15+ passengers) must book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- No service animals, comfort animals, or pets allowed on board.
- The vessel has a maximum capacity of 28 passengers.
- Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
- Glass items are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Additional Information:
- Check-in: Arrive 45 minutes before departure to complete waivers and check in.
- Route: The boat will navigate Crab Island and Choctawhatchee Bay. If conditions allow, we may cruise into the Gulf of Mexico.
- Motion Sickness: While movement is minimal, guests prone to motion sickness should take preventative measures.
- Weather Policy: If weather conditions are deemed unfavorable, the trip may be rescheduled, modified, or refunded at the vendor's discretion..

- Restrooms available on board and at departure location.
On-site parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Gratuities: Not included. A 20% tip is customary and greatly appreciated for your captain & crew.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. No refunds or changes can be made to a reservation that is purchased within 24 hours of the departure time. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
